HG-LAW was founded in 1954, by Elihu Horenstein, who is still the leading & senior partner
of the firm until today.

The firm focuses its primary activities in the traffic & transport areas, and specializes in representing most of the parties in the Israeli Taxi Industry, from taxi drivers, to taxi stations
, Areal oreganization of taxi owners & Israeli natioal taxi organization.

Another area that the firm specializes at is representing drivers in traffic court, after being
charged in commiting traffic violations, and representing plaintiffs in tort cases versus insurance companies etc.

The Firm has a commercial department headed by one of the partners, this department offers
a variaty of services in the commercial law area, deals a lot with commercial contracts
& real estate transactions.

The Firm has a litigation department headed by one of the partners, this department offers litigation services and represents clients in various courts, from the magistrate court to district
& supreme court, this department handles a lot of cases in traffic courts.

Nov. 21st 1930, admitted to the israeli bar [1954]; Education-Tel – Aviv University [LL.B. 1954]; Public activities:- Served as a judge at the District Court of Tel – Aviv Israeli bar for 8 years;
Served as a Member of the Israeli Bar cetral committee for 12 years; Serves as a judge
at the Maccabi – health group district court in Tel – Aviv for 30 years.

Ori Horenstein - a partner at the firm, born in Tel – Aviv, Israel, Dec. 13th 1957, admitted
to the israeli bar [1984]; Education-Tel-Aviv University [LL.B. 1984]; Public activities:- Served
as a prosecutor at the District Court of Tel – Aviv Israeli bar for 8 years; Serves as a judge at the District Court of Tel – Aviv Israeli bar for 8 years;Serves as a judge at the Maccabi – health group district court in Tel – Aviv for 3 years

Shai Gilad - a partner at the firm, born in Petach-Tikva Israel, May 7th 1958, joined the firm
at 1989, a partner at the firm since 1991; Education-Tel-Aviv University [LL.B. 1988]; practiced
law at the Tel – Aviv district attorney’s office [civil division]; Admitted to the israeli bar [1989]; Serves as a judge at the Maccabi – health group district court in Tel – Aviv for 3 years; Serves
as the chairman of National traffic courts committee of the Israel Bar;
